Del Frost, longtime Aiken resident and former manager of the Green Boundary Club, died October 2 in Spokane, Washington. She and her husband Du Ponter Eddie Frost settled at Sandhurst on Dupree Place in the early 1960s and she lived in Aiken about 40 years. The club, opened after the Willcox Inn closed in the 1950s, credited Frost with 14 years of steady, welcoming leadership and a skilled kitchen staff that kept the menu pleasing to guests. She was born in Rhea, Arizona, and belonged to the Order of the Eastern Star and First Baptist Church while in Aiken.
