Silver Bluff Animal Hospital hosts the first How l o-Ween Festival at Odell Weeks Center picnic area from 3 to 5 pm with a dunk booth canine costume contest and on site adoptions. Proceeds support the Aiken SPCA while offering free admission and family friendly activities.
