A Summer Avenue man is charged with assault and battery with a firearm alleged after a summer fight in which Deangelo Atkerson, 2, is named in charging documents. Bond set at $10,000. Fire at a Shiloh Heights Road mobile home destroyed the structure with no injuries. Investigators say it appears electrical.
