Vogtle manager accused of removing worker over safety concerns
NRC finds a Plant Vogtle Georgia manager violated employee protections by ordering a contractor, who had raised multiple welding and quality concerns, off the site in July 2017. The planner returned later. Saunders acknowledged the protections were violated. Georgia Power says the issue was resolved in mediation without a violation notice.
