North Augusta woman charged with DUI and child endangerment
Carol Bell 55 of North Augusta was charged with driving under the influence and child endangerment after police responded to reports of erratic driving. Two children were in the backseat as Bell allegedly slurred speech and failed sobriety tests before her arrest.
