A Livingston prosecutor said a woman and her boyfriend Ronald L. Smith, both aged 34, entered Alford pleas after a reported plan to impregnate the girl so she would bear another child. The 11 year old became pregnant and gave birth to a daughter last month. Each faces up to 40 years. sentencing dates are pending.
