State Sues Mrs. Scott in Bond Fraud Case in Aiken

South Carolina Attorney General Daniel R. McLeod announced a $45,000 suit to be filed in Aiken County against Cleo Scott former clerk of court and the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York.
