Couple arrested after dragging teen by pickup truck

In Cottageville a Colleton County couple Lynn Harris and Edward Browder III were charged with assault and battery with intent to kill after a 16 year old boy was dragged about 25 feet behind a pickup truck. He was treated for minor scrapes and placed with the Department of Social Services. The boy’s mother and her boyfriend allegedly tied him with a towing strap and dragged him to their mobile home before dawn. Browder has prior sex offender records and probation in North Carolina.

Governor Sanford to train with Air Force Reserve in January

Scana Found Guilty of Breach of Contract
