Sheriff warns 2 Live Crew after acquittal in Broward
Broward County Sheriff Nick Navarro warned that members of 2 Live Crew face arrest if they perform again in his county. Jurors acquitted Luther Campbell Mark Ross and Chris Wongwon of obscenity for an adults only June 10 Hollywood nightclub show. The sheriff upheld previous obscenity rulings on the group’s album As Nasty As They Wanna Be.
