Georgia man gets probation for sex solicitation case
Roman F. Montalvo 28 of Warner Robins Ga pleaded guilty to solicitation of a minor after an Internet sting. Judge Jack Early gave five years probation with time served 123 days and ordered life registration on the South Carolina Sex Offender Registry plus 50 hours of community service. He was arrested October 29 2004 outside an Aiken County mobile home after posing as a 14 year old girl.
