Car hits three boys. driver arrested in parking lot
In North Charleston witnesses briefly assaulted the driver after a car struck three middle school boys, then hit a building. The injured boys were taken to a hospital with non life threatening head injuries and a broken leg. Vincent Hamilton said the driver, Boo Hamilton, 19, faced three counts of assault and battery with intent to kill.
