Georgia man eludes chase across two states ends in Aiken stop
A Georgia man sought for felony obstruction fled a Richmond County deputy, triggering a large two state pursuit that ended when the white Chevy Caprice was disabled by stop sticks in Aiken County. Aiken Public Safety detained a passenger, Victoria Cunningham, who was later released.
