Teen siblings die in Richland County wreck
A second teen died from injuries after a weekend crash in Richland County. Joseph Kukucka 17 Irma died about 5 30 a m Monday at Palmetto Health Richland hospital. His sister Jennifer 14 died at the scene Sunday night. Neither wore seat belts and both were ejected.
