Police take man wanted by U S Marshals on alleged supervision violation
Isaiah E. Roland of Georgia was transported to Columbia and appeared before a judge where he was given a bond and released. Joy L. Thomas, 31, of Union Street, surrendered to Aiken Public Safety on two counts of unlawful conduct toward a child after testing positive for cocaine twice during pregnancy.
