USC Aiken students boost volunteer spirit with Helping Hands project
USC Aiken students aided Helping Hands, a residential facility for abused and neglected children, in a major painting project. The volunteers, drawn from campus groups such as Emerging Leaders and Greek Life, will also travel to New Orleans to help rebuild Katrina flood homes, with 15–35 students expected to participate.
