A federal court in Augusta orders Chris Griffin owner of the former Tipsey McStumbles in Aiken to comply by October 31 with a May 12 injunction. He is found in civil contempt for promoting or not disabling Tipsey branding on Facebook Twitter Yelp and Foursquare and for posting a similar sign and YouTube videos. The suit was filed by Michael Anglin of the Augusta Tipsey McStumbles bar.
