Valarie Newsome murder case progresses with suspect charged
Valerie White Newsome, 30, was abducted September 6 from an Augusta shopping center. Warrenville man Paul F. Koon, 40, is charged with her murder after investigators traced the body found near Pearson's Pond Road to his information. The body was badly decomposed and taken to the Medical University in Charleston for cause of death.
