UK media report that South Aiken High graduate Anne Sacoolas, wife of a U.S. official, has no diplomatic immunity after a fatal August crash near a U K airbase. Foreign Secretary Raab told Dunn family immunity is no longer pertinent. Sacoolas faced scrutiny after leaving Britain following the collision that killed 19 year old Harry Dunn.
