Small plane belly lands on I-84 near Boise during rush hour
A single engine plane lost power and made a belly landing on eastbound I 84 near Boise at 7 am. The pilot, uninjured, was alone and had enough fuel but forgot to switch tanks. The incident delayed traffic and Boise School District buses while authorities assessed the scene.
