Mall developer buys Dillard's for 785 thousand dollars
Higbee Salva LP sold the Dillard's site to Lewiston Few Partners LLC in June for 785 158.70 dollars. Victor J. Mills of Southeastern Development leads the redeveloping group. The Aiken Mall property total cost shows 3 025 000 dollars with two parcels including Outback Steakhouse. Dillard's had been closing its Aiken location and was not part of the sale. Belk Books A Million remained as other tenants.
