Aiken police charged 34 year old William Terrell Hartzog with driving under the influence and driving while suspended after he crashed on Alfred Street around 11 45 p m. Bystanders took his keys and stalled him until officers arrived. Hartzog showed intoxication and failed sobriety tests.
