Council to vote on Silver Bluff Road utilities relocation
Aiken City Council will vote on allocating about 855000 to relocate underground utilities for a 1.5 mile Silver Bluff Road project. The move clears AT&T SCEG Atlantic Broadband and city water sewer and storm lines to resume the SCDOT road improvement delayed since June.
