Woodside Promotes Upscale Retirement Living in Aiken
Woodside Development plans four model homes next week at Woodside Plantation in Aiken as part of a push to attract retirees. The project will add 30 senior designed homes in Hunters Run, with 2,000 to 3,200 square feet priced from 180 000 to 300 000 dollars. Upscale patio homes are also planned within walking distance of the country club. Charlie Byers, GM, says Aiken’s retirement appeal and local amenities support the push.
