Two Drivers Involved In Belvedere Road Crash Near Duncan
South Carolina Highway Patrol released names of the drivers in a Tuesday morning collision on Belvedere Clearwater Road near Duncan Road. Richard Rogers a 57 year old Mack Truck driver and Cecil Hatcher 73 in a 2011 Nissan pickup were in the right lane with a 65 year old female passenger. Hatcher made an improper turn and struck Rogers at about 6 55 a m. No injuries were reported for all three. Hatcher was charged with making an improper turn.

Boil Water Advisory Issued For New Holland District
The New Holland Rural Water System and DHEC issued a boil water advisory after E coli was found in the water supply in Aiken County. Residents must boil tap water for at least one minute before drinking or cooking and avoid using unboiled ice. Officials are working to correct the issue and citizens may call 803-564-3257 or 803-642-1637 with questions.
