Albert E. Hill of the Ku Klux Klan in South Carolina proposes a bill to make it a felony punishable by years in prison to assume disguise and inflict, offer or threaten violence or injury. Mrs Elizabeth Seigler wife of Joseph Seigler died at her home near Aiken Monday morning after several weeks illness. She was in her seventy fifth year and is survived by her husband four sons Charles A E Seigler of Aiken C L and E J Seigler Beaver Dam section four daughters Mrs W B Sanders Ridge Spring Mrs J L Locklair Warrenville Mrs Allen Rogers Beaver Dam section and Mrs Georgianna Barton Graniteville with forty three grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Funeral and interment were at the Seigler burying ground with Teo J B Hydrick officiating.

Walker Green aged sixty died at his Vaucluse home last Wednesday. Funeral services were held at the Green family burying ground in Vaucluse last Thursday with Rev. A O Sutton officiating.
