Riegel Plant in Aiken Receives Third Safety Award
The Riegel Textile Corporation Convenience Products Division in Aiken earned its President's Safety Award for the third straight year. Plant manager Al Smith received a plaque and safety flag from President Erwin E. Maddrey at the annual safety awards breakfast. The division reported no serious work related accidents this year among about 150 employees.
