Hurricane expert predicts two major storms in fall season
Hurricane forecaster William Gray slightly lowers CSU outlook to four named storms in October and November, including two hurricanes with one major. Gray’s team had expected five named storms for the period. August and September activity were mixed with a record September for named storms but weak, short lived storms overall.
