Andrew Michael Hill, 31, was charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor in an Aiken County case. Deputies say the mother reported the suspect touched her daughter and confronted him after the incident. Hill remained in detention Wednesday afternoon.
The Eustis Park playground in Aiken reopened November 20 after a two month renovation costing over 200000.
