Aiken County Council meets at 7 p m to second read an ordinance reducing Beaulieu of America Inc nonrefundable administrative fee from 250000 to 25000. The measure would also reduce fees for Metal Services and Beloit tied to their bond issues as the county supports new and rehabilitated plants.
