Chef brings fine dining to Salvation Army soup kitchen

Former Capital Grille executive chef Jeff Ansorge leads The Salvation Army Eastside Corps in St. Paul serving free meals to the homeless. For Thanksgiving he plans a full feast with turkey stuffing mashed potatoes gravy cranberry sauce and rolls. Donnie Richardson a homeless guest rates the meals highly saying eight and a half out of ten.
