Wagener couple charged in infant homicide

A Wagener couple Ardythe Matthews and Crystal Tindal face homicide by child abuse charges after their two month old son Austin Matthews died from blunt force head injuries. The Nov 21 call led deputies EMS and the coroner to Buckboard Road where the body was found, reportedly moved from the parents home to the grandmother's house. Aiken native Big Show Wight to headline ECW in Augusta

Aiken native Paul Wight known as the Big Show will headline ECW’s December to Dismember pay per view in Augusta on Sunday December 3 at 7 45 pm Tickets start at 20 and are available at the Augusta James Brown Arena box office or Ticketmaster Wight recalled humble roots in Aiken County and said he hopes local friends will attend to boo him as he headlines the wrestling event.

Live Nativity to Follow Christmas Parade at First Presbyterian

After the downtown Christmas Parade, First Presbyterian Church will host a live nativity and Christmas pageant titled The Other Wise Man Seeks Christ.
