Deputies say 26 year old Richard Gentry Jr. allegedly took an ambulance during a 12:45 a.m. call for a seizure. Paramedics had left to search for Gentry when the ambulance drove away and crashed into a carport two miles away. He was treated and released, then charged with grand larceny. No lawyer was listed.

The South Carolina Supreme Court disbarred former Lexington attorney Richard Breibart who admitted stealing over 2 million from clients. He pled guilty to mail fraud in 2013 and received a 5 year federal sentence plus restitution of 2.4 million. He cannot seek readmission until sentence ends and 315 thousand in restitution is paid. Prosecutors said he pressured clients to move funds into his firm trust account amid investigations.

Man shot to death in car in Lancaster
