A 27 year old Aiken man Timothy Wayne Slaughter of 1163 Martin St died at the scene after a head on collision on Secondary Road 29 two miles north of Aiken. Driver of the second vehicle Leroy Fulmer received minor injuries and was treated at Aiken County Hospital.
