Aiken County deputies issued warrants for 23 year old Jason Donelle Willis of North Augusta after a Tuesday I-20 shooting that left Abdul Muhammad with a gunshot wound to the ear and neck. Muhammad and passenger Jamar Peterson were treated at a hospital. Willis is charged with assault and battery with intent to kill possession of a firearm during a violent crime and discharging a firearm.
