Army wife accused in arson that killed her children
In Gainesville Georgia federal court, 35 year old Billi Jo Smallwood denies setting fire to her Fort Campbell apartment to collect a 400000 life policy on her husband Army Spc Wayne Smallwood. The blaze killed two of their children and left Wayne injured. The indictment cites a rocky marriage and possible alcohol and drug issues. The bond request was denied as she is deemed a flight risk. The case will move toward a Kentucky arraignment on December 10.
