The Aiken County Sheriff's Office investigates after a woman's pit bull was burned at a neighbor's home on Larry Trail during a domestic dispute. The victim, who had lived with the suspect for two years, reported prior property damage. She sought shelter with family in Lexington and was advised on a protection order as officers pursued leads.
The Aiken Standard lists bookings for November 19 2014 at the Doris C. Gravatt Detention Center.
