Court reinstates video losses suit in South Carolina
The South Carolina Supreme Court allows Gladys Mullinax to pursue a $70,000 gambling losses suit for her husband against J.M. Brown Amusement Co. and Petroleum Distributors Inc. The justices said a trial jury should decide if the couple colluded, and noted third party recovery rules. The case returns to the trial stage for resolution.
