Navy opens drug probe on crew aboard USS Oldendorf

Seattle AP report says 31 sailors aboard the destroyer USS Oldendorf undergoing a Lockheed Shipyard overhaul in Seattle face drug use and trafficking investigations. One crew member was arrested and released on own recognizance. four to five trafficking incidents are noted. marijuana is common with some cocaine and LSD allegations. The ship, based in San Diego, carries 291 enlisted and 23 officers and is in a nine month, 26.9 million overhaul.

Franco Rally Cancelled After Seven Years

Madrid AP report says the annual Franco rally is canceled for the first time since his death.
