Cocaine Use by Criminal Suspects From Federal Study

Federal study finds more than half of criminal suspects in major cities used cocaine within days of arrest. In New York and Philadelphia the figure is about 75 percent, 65 percent in Washington DC. Official calls it evidence that the real drug problem lies in crime.
