Man Pleads Guilty to Burglary in Aiken Case
Johnnie Settles 36 pleaded guilty in the Second Judicial Circuit to two counts of third degree burglary and two counts of throwing bodily fluids. Judge Doyet Early sentenced him to five years in prison after he confessed to breaking into Drag Osbon Cleaners and Downtown Dog and stealing charity change jars. He spat at two deputies while in custody at the Aiken County detention center.
