Three Aiken County Men Targeted as Sexual Predators
The South Carolina attorney general’s office has filed for custodial care and evaluation under the sexually violent predator act for three more Aiken County men. Aaron Franklin Wade, 61, Gary Faulkner, 73, and Fred William Bohanan, 47, face civil commitment hearings to determine if they should be confined for treatment after prior sexual offenses. Faulkner received a five year term in 1996 for two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor and engaging a child for sexual performance. Bohanan was sentenced to eight years in 1994 for two counts of lewd acts on a child under 14.
