Manhunt after speeding chase ends with two in custody
A speeding Plymouth Reliant led to a Tuesday morning pursuit in Aiken. Officers blocked University bypass and Hwy 19 as two suspects fled on foot. a female passenger was caught after a 25 minute chase.
