Clinton wins at Williston Elko mock election

Williston Elko High School students in a current events class staged a mock election with Clinton winning 9 of 17 classes and 64 62 in electoral votes and 124 117 in the popular vote. They created an authentic process including polling, electoral college setup, and issue voting.

DOE seeks ruling on liquid nuclear material shipments

The DOE asks U S District Court in Columbia for summary judgment before trial in a suit led by Beyond Nuclear and environmental groups alleging that liquid highly enriched uranium shipments from Canada to Chalk River were improperly assessed. DOE says no significant risk difference exists between liquid and solid forms and cites a 2015 secondary analysis.
