Aiken Guild names Leo Twiggs juror for fall exhibit
The Aiken Artist Guild selects Leo Twiggs as juror for the annual fall exhibition at USC Aiken's student activities center. The show opens with a reception 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday and runs through November 22. Twiggs is a distinguished art professor and director at South Carolina State College with a PhD in art from the University of Georgia.

Milton Levy of Silver Spring Maryland donated 100 dollars to Aiken Elementary School Library in memory of his late wife Sadie Polikoff Levy a 1921 graduate of Aiken Institute This is the second contribution from Levy to the library fund to establish a collection of primary books.
