An uniden tified speedboat fired rocket propelled grenades at the Grand Wisdom a Panamanian flagged tanker in the Persian Gulf early today igniting the engine room and causing a blaze but the crew kept the ship under power to reach Dubai. Five grenades struck the vessel with two in the engine room two in the steering gear and one on the bridge. No casualties were reported and five Kuwaiti tankers escorted by a U S warship arrived in Kuwait.
