Judge rules in Orioles favor in MASN TV rights dispute
A New York state judge voided an arbitration ruling that the MASN network owes the Washington Nationals about 298 million for 2012 to 2016 TV rights. MASN and the Orioles sued claiming the arbitration process was improper due to Proskauer Rose's potential conflicts. The decision narrows the dispute over rights fees tied to MASN ownership and revenue sharing.
