Cosmos the West Bank disco keeps Bethlehem running
In Beit Jala near Bethlehem a three floor nightclub called Cosmos thrives amid Hamas rule and economic strain. Palestinians mingle as Western and Middle Eastern songs play and drinks flow under black lights. The club offers a rare social refuge with a full bar and a rising nightlife scene despite safety worries and political pressure.
