Haskell Wins District 5 Seat In Aiken County Council
Alexander Sandy Haskell defeated Judy Hamilton in the District 5 special election to fill Eddie Butler's seat. Haskell won 671 votes, 76 percent, while Hamilton received 199 votes, 22 percent.
