Suzzanne Pilot opens Sugar and Spice Children’s Spa aimed at girls ages 2 to 14 offering manicures pedicures face painting hairstyling and themed parties. Parties cost 285 to 500 include cake drinks invites decor and favors. Pilot planned the venture since 2013 inspired by her grandchildren and local travel needs.
