Electrical problem delays Discovery launch at Cape Canaveral
The final shuttle Discovery launch is delayed due to an electrical issue on Tuesday. A sluggish backup engine controller and voltage irregularities prompted NASA to push liftoff to at least Thursday, with possible delays into December or later depending on weather and sun angles. NASA said debris in a circuit breaker may have caused the problem, as teams scrambles at the launch site amid a 70 percent chance of rain.
